Burwood Early Learning Centre

This project involved the complete redevelopment of an existing school into a purpose-built, modern childcare centre. From early planning to final handover, our team managed the transformation with a focus on safety, functionality, and community needs.

Key elements of the redevelopment included demolition of the existing structure, site remediation and preparation construction of a new double-storey facility designed to meet the latest childcare and early learning standards, High-quality finishes, energy-efficient design, and secure indoor/outdoor play areas.

The centre now includes learning spaces, kitchen facilities, administration areas, and landscaped play zones. The project was delivered on time and within budget, showcasing our ability to bring complex community developments to life
